About LayersApart

LayersApart does one job: it takes a flat picture and gives it back as separate, editable layers. It was built in October 2026, shortly after ByteDance added layer decomposition to its Seedream 5.0 image models, so that designers could use that capability without writing code or assembling PSD files by hand.

What we use

• Layer splitting: Seedream 5.0 Flash and Pro on BytePlus ModelArk.
• Accounts, credits and payments: our own server in the Netherlands, with card payments through Stripe.
• PSD and ZIP files are assembled in your browser from the returned layers.

What we do not claim

Split layers are a new picture built to look like yours, not a recovery of an original design file. We show the original next to the result so you can judge it before downloading. Read about the limits.
